By creating an account or accessing Booziful (the “Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Service.

2. Age Restriction (Legal Drinking Age)

The Service contains content related to alcoholic beverages. By accessing the Service, you represent and warrant that you are of legal drinking age in your country of residence or the jurisdiction from which you are accessing the Service. If you are not of legal drinking age, you are strictly prohibited from using the Service.

3. Educational Nature & Disclaimer

This application is an engineering thesis project created for educational and demonstration purposes only.

• “As Is” Basis: The Service is provided without warranties of any kind regarding uptime, data integrity, or accuracy of the recipes.
• Health Warning: The developer is not responsible for the outcome of any recipe or the effects of consuming alcoholic beverages. Please drink responsibly.

4. User-Generated Content (UGC)

The Service may allow you to post recipes, comments, or other content (“User Content”).

• Responsibility: You are solely responsible for the User Content you post. You agree not to post content that is illegal, offensive, defamatory, or violates the rights of others.
• No Liability: We do not endorse or assume liability for any User Content posted by you or other users.
• Right to Moderate: We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to remove or edit any User Content and to suspend or terminate your account without prior notice if you violate these Terms.
• License Grant: By posting content, you grant us a non-exclusive license to use, display, and distribute your content within the Service. You understand that if you delete your account, your content may remain available but will be anonymized.

5. Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

6. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of Poland, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
